WA Kookaburras Floorball Club

Hope you are all amped for another big Summer series of Floorball.

 Game Times:

B Div 11:30am Lords

A Div 1pm Lords

Reffing/ Scoring Duty 10am

All teams and duties TBA 

This season will include a Friday night blockbuster for our B Div team, Aussie Men going to Finland for WFC, Men and Women playing in APAC held in Perth next Jan and of course some serious Sunday competition at Lords and Byford.  We'll need everyone to fire up and pitch in to get our club into finals in both A and B Division.

Some player updates:

Juerg Kihm is coaching Floorball Riders, Switzerland and has recently got married - congrats from all of us Jug!

Alex Peck is playing in Korea and working hard to send a few of those Koreas over to help our teams here.

Jill Roberts has been working in Cananda and travelling around the US but will be joining us in November.

We will be happy at the return of Mike Skinner and Nick Singer during the season and wish a good retirement to Michel Noresson and Tommy Harstrom (although they would be welcome back any time.

We'd like to welcome Fabienne Thoma (good name right?) from Floorball Riders in Switzerland and Aaren Kanther who will be taking up a goalie berth this season. There are a few new players who are testing the waters right now and we hope they will join us on the court soon.
